The Grumpy Roadrunner LLC, a protected series of JNM Global Services LLC ("The Grumpy Roadrunner," "we," "us," or "our"), operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase using the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Who This Policy Applies To
We sell and ship only within the United States. The Services are intended for customers located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, and your information will be processed in the United States under this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information We Collect or Process
When we use the term "personal information," we mean information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Personal information does not include information that is collected anonymously or that has been de-identified so that it cannot identify or be reasonably linked to you.
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect or process:
- Contact details — your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
- Payment information — payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive transaction details such as the last four digits of the card, card brand, payment confirmation, and billing address.
- Account information — if you choose to create an account, your email address, password (stored in encrypted form), saved addresses, order history, and preferences. Creating an account is optional; you may check out as a guest.
- Order and transaction information — the items you view, add to your cart, or purchase, and your order history.
- Communications with us — the information you include when you contact us for customer support.
- Device and usage information — your IP address, browser type, device type, and basic information about how you navigate the Services, collected through server logs and essential cookies.
How We Collect Personal Information
- Directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
- Automatically through the Services — through server logs and essential cookies when you browse the site.
- From our service providers — when they process information on our behalf in order to provide the Services.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Providing the Services. To process your payments, fulfill and ship your orders, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, manage your account if you have one, handle replacements and refunds, and provide customer support.
Security and Fraud Prevention. To authenticate your account, provide a secure checkout, detect and investigate possible fraudulent or unauthorized activity, and protect the Services.
Communicating with You. To respond to your inquiries and to contact you about your orders.
Marketing. If you affirmatively opt in to receive marketing email from us, we will use your email address to send promotional messages. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We do not add customers to marketing lists automatically as a result of a purchase.
Legal Reasons. To comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information only to the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Printify and its network of print providers — order fulfillment. We transmit the name, shipping address, and item details necessary to produce and ship your order. Printify routes production to third-party print facilities, which may include more than one facility for a single order.
- Shipping carriers — including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, security/bot protection, and encrypted storage (images and off-site backups) for our website and store.
- Resend — our transactional email provider, used to send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account emails on our behalf.
- Professional advisors and authorities — accountants, attorneys, or law enforcement, where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to enforce our terms.
- In connection with a business transaction — such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any material change to how your information is handled.
We do not disclose personal information to advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing partners.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We currently use only essential and functional cookies. These are necessary to make the site work and cannot be turned off through our site. They are used to:
- keep the items in your shopping cart between pages,
- keep you logged in if you have an account,
- process checkout securely, and
- protect the site against fraud and automated abuse.
We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any consent or opt-out mechanism required by law before doing so.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from functioning.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track our customers across third-party websites over time, and because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no cross-site tracking activity for a Do Not Track ("DNT") or Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal to disable. We honor these signals by default in the sense that we do not engage in the practices they are designed to stop. If we introduce advertising or analytics technologies in the future, we will honor GPC signals as required by applicable law.
Children's Data
The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to create an account or place an order. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Purchases require you to be at least 18 years old, as described in our Terms of Service.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) across the site, encrypted storage of account passwords, and payment processing handled entirely by Stripe so that we never receive your full card number.
No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information — including payment card numbers — to us by email.
How Long We Keep Your Information
- Order and transaction records — retained for at least 7 years, to meet tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
- Account information — retained while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, subject to the order-record retention above.
- Customer support communications — retained for up to 3 years.
- Marketing contact information — retained until you unsubscribe, and then only as needed to honor your opt-out.
- Server and security logs — retained for up to 12 months.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline a request as permitted by law.
- Right to Access / Know — request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Delete — request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right of Portability — request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism before doing so.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
- Marketing Preferences — you may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. We will still send you transactional email about your orders and account.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity — typically by asking you to confirm information associated with a recent order — before we act on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law permits. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization.
Nevada Residents
Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell any covered information we have collected about them. We do not sell covered information. Nevada residents may submit such a request, or any question about this right, to our designated request address:
Email: [email protected] Subject line: Nevada Privacy Request
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your state attorney general or applicable data protection authority.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your personal information, we will provide additional notice.
