Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are between you and The Grumpy Roadrunner LLC, a protected series of JNM Global Services LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("The Grumpy Roadrunner," "we," "us," or "our").
Section 1 — Not Affiliated with the National Park Service
The Grumpy Roadrunner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the National Park Service, the U.S. Department of the Interior, or any other federal, state, or local government agency.
Park names, monument names, and geographic locations appear in our product names and designs as descriptive geographic references only. We do not use the National Park Service Arrowhead symbol or any other official government insignia, seal, or trademark.
Section 2 — Eligibility and Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Creating an account is optional — you may check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service for violation of these Terms.
Section 3 — Products and the Print-on-Demand Process
All products sold in this store are made to order. Each item is printed individually after your order is placed, using direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, sublimation, or cut-and-sew methods depending on the product.
Minor variations in color, print placement, and tone are inherent to this process and are not considered defects. Product photos and mockups represent the design; slight differences between the photo and your printed item are normal and expected. Our Refund & Returns Policy sets out in detail what we do and do not treat as a defect.
Because items are produced only after ordering, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected once placed, except as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
Section 4 — Order Limits and Large Orders
To protect against fraudulent and automated ordering, and because production capacity is finite, we reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including limiting the quantity purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we limit, cancel, or change an order, we'll attempt to reach you at the email address or phone number provided at the time of the order.
For large or wholesale orders, email us at [email protected] and we'll work out production capacity, timeline, and pricing with you directly. No payment is taken until you approve a quote.
Section 5 — Pricing, Errors, and Taxes
All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax and shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Prices are subject to change without notice. A price change does not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, availability, or shipping times. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed on inaccurate information, even after the order has been submitted and payment authorized. If we cancel an order for this reason, we'll refund you in full.
Sales tax is collected where we are required to do so under applicable state and local law, calculated based on your shipping address.
Section 6 — Promotional Codes and Discounts
Unless stated otherwise: one promotional code per order, codes cannot be combined or stacked, codes have no cash value, and codes are not retroactive to prior orders. We may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and may void discounts obtained through error, fraud, or unauthorized distribution of a code.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, text, product photography, logos, and other content on this site are owned by The Grumpy Roadrunner or licensed to us, and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
"The Grumpy Roadrunner" and our associated logos and marks are our trademarks. No right or license to use them is granted by these Terms.
When you purchase a product, you receive the physical item for your personal use. You do not acquire any rights in the design itself. You may not reproduce, scan, copy, redistribute, resell for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from our designs, or use our designs or product photography in your own products or marketing, without our express written permission.
Personal photos of you wearing or using our products are welcome and encouraged. Reselling individual items you personally purchased is fine — reproducing the designs is not.
Section 8 — Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our site
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will remove or disable access to infringing material.
Section 9 — Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulation, rule, law, or ordinance; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; to place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment credentials; to circumvent order limits through multiple accounts or addresses; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the site.
Violation may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.
Section 10 — Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may link to websites or resources operated by third parties, and may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the site's owners or operators.
Section 11 — Feedback and Submissions
If you send us suggestions, ideas, proposals, or other materials — whether solicited or not — you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them without restriction, compensation, or obligation of confidence.
Section 12 — Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all products delivered through the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In those states, the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Section 14 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Grumpy Roadrunner LLC, JNM Global Services LLC, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any product purchased through them.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In those states, the above limitations may not apply to you.
Section 15 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Grumpy Roadrunner LLC and JNM Global Services LLC, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
Section 16 — Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, carrier delays or failures, supplier or print facility failures, power or internet outages, and acts of government.
Section 17 — Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices, and legal notices sent to the email address associated with your order or account. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
Section 18 — Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the claimant's home jurisdiction if the claim qualifies. For most customer disputes, this is the faster and cheaper option, and we won't object to it.

Section 19 — Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Section 20 — Entire Agreement and Changes
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The version of these Terms in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
